SUGAR LAND, TX (Dec. 15, 2025) – The winter forecast is in and it’s calling for flurries of fun, giggles galore, and zero need for snow boots! From now through Jan. 4, Fort Bend Children’s Discovery Center invites families to bundle up their curiosity and slide into Polar Palooza, a season packed with festive programming, cultural celebrations, and kid-approved holiday magic. Polar Palooza transforms the Discovery Center into a winter wonderland where creativity sparkles and every visit brings something new to celebrate. With special events happening every weekend through late December and early January, families can expect cool activities, warm memories, and plenty of reasons to sleigh all day.

He’s checking his list (twice!) and making one very special stop at the Discovery Center before his big night. Meet Santa, share your holiday wishes, and snap merry photos with the jolliest VIP of the season. The first 50 kids to say hello will score a sweet treat—a cookie decorating kit to take home for some extra Christmas Eve magic. Add in cozy Elf on the Shelf story times and DIY elf crafts, and you’ve got a morning packed with cheer, creativity, and just the right amount of ho-ho-holiday fun!
