Fort Bend Children’s Discovery Center to launch global soccer-themed programming in anticipation of the World’s Biggest Soccer Competition
SUGAR LAND, TX (Dec. 11, 2025) – GOOOOAL! Fort Bend Children’s Discovery Center is gearing up for Houston’s biggest summer of international soccer with a multi-week celebration packed with hands-on activities, cultural connections, and plenty of high-energy play.
In partnership with Visit Sugar Land, the Discovery Center invites families to join a lineup of special events that explore teamwork, global traditions, and the excitement building around this worldwide sports moment. We’re kicking things into extra time with global soccer–themed programming fun that’ll have families dribbling through the Fort Bend Children’s Discovery Center all season long.
From passports to pentagons, agility to international artistry, we’re hosting a world-class series of events that score big on play, creativity, and global celebration. No cleats required!
