ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Open Doors Program works with non-profit organizations to ensure everyone visits the Fort Bend Children's Discovery Center. Local non-profit organizations obtain FREE access to the Children's Discovery Center by becoming Open Doors partners. By doing so, they can assist families who would not likely attend the Fort Bend Children's Discovery Center without encouragement and financial assistance. There is no charge to become an Open Doors partner.
Open Doors partners can obtain FREE access to the Fort Bend Children's Discovery Center in the following ways:
- FREE and UNLIMITED group visits to The Fort Bend Children's Discovery Center. Your agency can schedule a group visit anytime the Fort Bend Children's Discovery Center is open to the public (group tours not available the first Friday of each month).
- Open Doors Family Passes. You can request passes to distribute to your clients. Your clients, in turn, can use these passes to visit the Fort Bend Children's Discovery Center whenever they wish. Each pass admits up to six people for FREE!
