With extra signage guiding your way, you'll navigate through the exhibits effortlessly, knowing exactly what to explore and where to pause. Join us for a journey of discovery tailored just for you, where every experience is amplified with joy and every discovery sparks new possibilities.
Our Sensory Friendly Days offer a wonderful relief from extra stimuli. These exclusive events include the following modifications:
- Less crowded environment
- Light and sound reduction
- Extra visual safety signage
- Designated quiet rooms

Meet with organizations dedicated to supporting families with sensory sensitivities and developmental needs.
- BrightPath Behavior: Guiding children with autism and their families on a compassionate, play-based journey that turns challenges into growth, uncovering strengths and creating a bright path toward learning and hope.
- University of Houston (UH) Cognitive Development Lab: Learn houw the lab's research on children's language learning can help parents and educators.
- Neuhaus Education Center: Providing information and resources pertaining to literacy and dyslexia and offering hands-on alphabet and word reading games and activities with children.
- Texas ABA Centers: An Autism Therapy Center that specilizes in therapy for children on the ASD spectrum.
- The Arc of Harris County: The Arc promotes comunity awareness, creates opportunities for inclusion, and provides a broad array of support and resource services within the IDD and autism communities.

Easter Bunny Meet & Greet: Say hello and snap photos with the beloved holiday bunny!
When: From 10 am to 1 pm in Kidtropolis Town Central
Storytime with the Easter Bunny: Join us for storytimes featuring a special guest reader, the Easter Bunny, then stick around to say hello and take a photo!
When: At 11 am and noon in Kidtropolis Town Central
Faithful Paws: Fuzzy, friendly, and fluffy all over! These therapy pets are sure to bring a smile!
When: From 11 am to 1 pm in TBD
Egg Decorating: Spin and color wooden eggs with vibrant markers to create one-of-a-kind designs—no mess, just lots of creativity!
When: All Day or until supplies last in Art Academy
Checkout a KultureCity Sensory Bag!: Visit our Welcome Center to checkout a KultureCity Sensory bag which included noise-reducing headphones, fidgets, visual cue card, and an ID Card with a breakaway lanyard.
